Deborah will lead meeting attendees through a series of coaching exercises designed to help both big companies and entrepreneurs focus their business strategies and dramatically increase their success in the marketplace.  The first exercise is about experiencing how to discover and then translate the Core Values of your organization into meaningful Value Propositions for consumers, so bring along an idea of your personal brand or organization’s values and plans to work with. Next, an exercise about how to create Avatars for defined Customer Segments is designed to help you address them in more meaningful ways.  Lastly, learn how to analyze your Business and Strategic plans and results to be sure they are aligning with your Value Propositions and maximizing reach into your various Consumer Segments. Whether you are a business Founder, Leader or Follower, this mini-workshop session will both inspire and motivate you.

SPEAKER - Deborah Peters

Founder of the Neuro Engineering Institute in Santa Monica, Deborah Peters is an internationally recognized change agent and expert in driving business and personal success.  25 years ago, while seeking a way to become a better single parent, she learned techniques for re-patterning thought and behavior that also proved useful in her business consulting. She utilized these techniques with a Skin Care client and found they helped improve interpersonal staff communication, increase leadership skills and forward the careers of her trainees. Deborah’s clients range from luxury goods manufacturers, to universities, to Boeing and even include the FBI.  Her company currently specializes in consulting with start-ups and smaller firms to assist them in leveraging their core values to better compete against established larger behemoths in the industry.  She also works with venture capital firms to strengthen the offerings of their new acquisitions and improve ROI and profits while maintaining the core principles that made the company a unique acquisition in the first place.
